What a perfect morning for our around Brownsea Island Swim! Thanks to Kate, Amanda and Rich for your company swimming (although we didn’t see much of Rich - the new ‘King of Brownsea!’) Thanks to our safety boat crew the two John’s and Russ! We are so lucky to have this on our doorstep!

Buddyswim goggles at the ready for my Aquathon swim on Saturday. These goggles are a year old now and used regularly. Still no fogging and no leakage. European Championships Aquathon, in beautiful Banyoles, Spain. Lovely lake swim and very hot run 🥵 🏃. 7th in swim and 11th overall.
