What are your top tips for staying cool in this amazing sunshine? (I've just emptied my hot tub and cleaned it now refilling with cold water)

Mine is frozen flannels. Get a flannel damp, roll them up, and put them into a plastic bag in the freezer. They work as great ice packs for days out and a lovely cool wipe after lunch. Or just to have sat on your shoulder like me when you are too hot.

Happy Half Term. We've had some great swimming this half term and have welcomed new swimmers too. Well done, everyone. Enjoy the sunshine, stay safe if you are out swimming. Don't forget if you are travelling I would love to see a picture of the swimming pool.

I would like to wish all my swimmers past and present who are sitting their exams the best of luck. I know you can all get through them and do your very best, just like at, swimming each week.

Celebrating my wedding 24th anniversary today with some of the flowers I had in my bouquet. Same as my mum. Question is, when its time for my daughters, will they do the same?
