It is with the heaviest of hearts to announce that Wave Swim School will no longer be running. This decision has been very difficult to make and I held all hope to be able to find a way to continue, which is why the notice has been so short. Please accept my most sincere apologies at this most difficult time. I've prided myself on having an extended family in each of the thousands of children we have taught over the years to be safe and competent swimmers. I am aware that some of our currents swimmers have lessons remaining that have been paid for and these will all be refunded in due course. Please be patient with us as we navigate through. My huge thank you to all the instructors and assistants, past and present that have embraced the vision and taken it into their lessons. Thank you to all the parents for entrusting us the responsibility of giving your child a life skill. We hope you will always think fondly of us 😪🙏🌊🏊

Wave Swim School
Teaching Children age 3 up to learn to swim in a fun, safe environment. Weekly lessons run at Hawthorn High School and St Martin’s School, Caerphilly during school term. Intensive lessons are run during school holidays at Hawthorn High School. A great boost to weekly lessons to build confidence and work on key skills
Our lessons are for children from 3 years old right up to Advanced Swimmers. We follow the Swim Wales learn to swim scheme. There is a class for everyone. We keep our lessons small to make learning fun and unique to each child.
We offer Splash Swim Classes for 3 and 4 year olds and very nervous swimmers. Which progress onto our Wave Programme. We have Advanced Swimming Lessons for Wave 6 and above whether it’s just to keep active or in preparation of Squad Swimming. We also do 1:1 Lessons.
Our teachers teach within the water and are Fully Qualified and Insured ASA Teachers, with years of teaching experience and commitment to your child success. All our Teachers have been DBS checked for your piece of mind
