Today I was very very brave! I am a cold lady and generally don’t enjoy any activity that might make me colder 😅
But I thoroughly enjoyed a hot and cold therapy session today at The Old Drift Wellness Centre with the Blister Sisters!
3 rounds of hot and cold therapy and I even managed the colder plunge! Big deal for a jumper-in-summer woman 😭

❄️ 3 minutes — Cold bath

Seeing as the baby is on an unwelcome sleep strike at night, I actually feel the most awake I’ve felt in weeks 🙌🏼
