It was a real honour to support a handful of USA Gymnastics events over the past weeks, including the National Congress & Trade Show in Phoenix, Arizona.

The scale of the events was impressive and I loved both reaching a new audience of coaches & interacting with existing members of my community that until now, I've not had the chance to meet in person.

Thanks to all who attended my sessions and came for a chat, and thanks to the organisers at USA Gymnastics for the invitation to support these events.

Day 2 is a wrap here in Arizona at the USA Gymnastics Congress & Trade Show. Looking forward to a final day tomorrow and another presentation on of my physical preparation frameworks. (10.45-11.45am for anyone able to attend)

Great first day at USA National Congress, including delivering a fast paced (😏) 30 minute session on running preparation. Thanks to all who attended! I’ll be back tomorrow delivering another lunch time session on my reflections from over a decade of global coach development (plus I’ll be at Booth 533 for more conversations on all things gymnastics and leadership!)

While Gymnastics Leaders Membership provides ongoing support, coaching and community, the Gymnastics Leaders Institute is where leaders undertake in-depth fixed term programmes designed to transform how they lead themselves, their teams and their organisations.

Feels good to be back in Tirrenia, Italy delivering coach development for European Gymnastics 🇮🇹 🍝
