Another hot, sweaty class tonight. Everyone working hard for the upcoming assessments in September.
Had to say farewell to another regular student tonight. Liam is going travelling to Asia and Australia for a couple of years. Will be missed by the whole class. Liam trained as a youngster in another Wing Chun school in England but when he joined ours he fitted in really well and picked things up quickly.
Have fun and will hopefully meet up in the future, maybe Hong Kong next year 😉

Good to have the class back open tonight after my hols. Was rather hot and sweaty but lots of stuff covered.
Sorry to see Nick Man moving away. Been a great regular student who was always keen to help out the news guys and share his skill and enthusiasm. Originally came from another Wing Chun system in London but fitted in straight away. Will be missed by all of us. Thanks for all the help over the years.

Just a reminder that the Pontypridd class will be closed this coming Tuesday 14th. We’ll be open again as normal on 21st July and every Tuesday after.

Quiet post Bank Holiday class tonight. Hard work from everyone, despite the heat. Simon and Wayne working on inside and outside Jum Sao with follow ups. Andy and Rob doing B**g Lap drill. Great to see James back tonight after a couple of years away, working on the wall bag 👊
