🤗Today we had a very busy, productive & successful day of training!!!

We did a mix of various things such as:
🗣️ Vocal guards 🗣️
💪 Fitness 💪
🥊 Boxing drills 🥊
🔪Knife throwing 🔪

⭐We've also made progress with members training to become Boxing Buds⭐

We're very proud of you all for doing your best every week 🙌

Today, Kath and Tink attended the opening of the Dinas TRA Hub in Pen Dinas! 🤩

We had a fabulous time and met lots of new and familiar faces in the community! It was wonderful to be a part of a fun filled, community driven event and we are grateful for the invite! 💖
