My deepest gratitude to all of the wonderful people who have attended my classes and supported me during my time teaching yoga in Wales.

I am touched by all the nice words, messages, gifts and cards and will remember this time and each and every one of you with very happy memories.

I hope you continue your yoga practice and remember some of the things I have taught but most importantly enjoy the moment with whoever your new teacher may be.

Sadly my time teaching yoga is coming to an end. I've given Nuffield two weeks notice to give me a chance to say thank you to all of the wonderful yogis who've supported me for many years.

For the next two weeks my classes are as normal but Sat 26th Aug 10 30am will be my final class.

It would be nice to see you before I go.

By the way I am no longer working at Bannatyne in Newport. As always in these circumstances I think the members were really nice and I'll be sorry to let this go but there were a number of reasons which lead me to this decision.

If you wish to continue your yoga journey with me I am still teaching every week at Nuffield and the Yoga Room both in Cwmbran.

I will be involved, teaching as part of a yin yang yoga course on Monday evenings starting 1st May at 6.30pm and a beginners' class on Saturdays at 12pm starting on the 6th May.

I've got covid!!!

So sorry about any confusion yesterday. I worked on Saturday morning even though I felt mildly unwell. I tested negative for covid then but as the day went on I became worse rapidly and tested positive in the evening.

I did message Nuffield Sunday but for some reason they didn't see the message until yesterday afternoon. So again sorry to anyone who turned up to find there wasn't a Yoga teacher.

Turns out I've managed to get covid and flu at the same time and am quite unwell so I doubt that I'll be working this week but I'll be back as soon as I can, and with a negative covid test of course.

Tomorrow's planned YOGA DAY at Nuffield in Cwmbran has been cancelled, however the good news is that I will be able to do my usual 10.30 - 11.30 class.

YOGA DAY. On Saturday 16th July 2022 my usual 10.30 class at Cwmbran is being covered by Lara because I'm leading a Yoga Day on behalf of Nuffield. There will be two 1.5 hour vinyasa sessions and the day will end with a Yoga Nidra session. In between the yoga classes people will be able to use the facilities and breakfast and lunch are included. It's open to members (£25) and non-members (£50) booking through Nuffield as usual.

A nice Yoga day for anyone regardless of experience. There will be a limited number of places so early booking is essential.
