Great news through today as TSA get their registered charity number.

Exciting times ahead as we begin our journey into helping...

• Promote Olympic weightlifting in South Wales

• Providing Strength and Conditioning for sports clubs and schools

• and by increasing opportunities for healthier lifestyles in minority groups across our local community.

Our first weekend of competitions as TSA athletes and what a success it was 🔵⚫️ Between @lakesideweightlifting and @wildboarweightliftinglydney we saw some great lifting, everyone hitting competition and lifetime PB’s made with the support of the team 👏🏼 We are very proud of everyone and can’t wait to see more of our athletes competing very soon 👀. Stay tuned!
