Tonight’s session will be cancelled, even if it stops raining it could still be slippery

Next week we will be back inside so won’t have to worry about weather 🙌

When weather is so changeable like this and we are playing outdoors at Pontypool, we will make a decision 12 noon/1pm ish. The court surface there is worn out, it gets slippery very quickly and takes a while to dry out. Although we hate cancelling, until they’re resurfaced, it’s not worth the risk. Please check here and Spond around the time mentioned. We’ll also post in the chat # # #

Tomorrow 6-7pm is the last session for this summer at Pontypool Park. What fabulous weather we’ve had this summer (after the rainy start), so many sunny evenings!

There won’t be the early 5-6 session tomorrow sorry, I am away, Sheila is injured and the other ladies can’t get up to Pontypool and set up for 5pm. If you were booked on the early session, you’re welcome to come at 6pm.

Next Thursday, we will be moving back indoors to Croesyceiliog Comprehensive School Sports Hall.

There will still be 2 sessions so book in the same way but there will be only 16 places for each as we just 4 courts. X

Our Christmas tournament is now full!!! We may extend the amount of teams entering if we have more interest on the waiting list, but at the moment we are so excited to see it booked up!

Remember if you don’t have a partner , we have a team generator for other ladies in the same situation and will randomly put two of you together or one of us volunteers will step in! Just let us know well in advance

It’s all about having fun in the festive season . Pickle belles are invited to come and watch if they don’t want to play 🎄✨

Also if you do have to cancel please let us know well in advance as our tournament system needs even numbers and there is ladies on the waiting list wanting to play 🤍 x
