Step Up Creative Classes

Hi all
Its been a long time since we've been up and running but good news.... we're coming back!
From January ( dates and times to be confirmed) we are hoping to start some new classes which includes:
- Adults easy dance fitness ( day time class)
- family dance fitness ( evening class )
- adults and teens dance fitness ( evening class)
Hi im Becci im a qualified exercise to music instructor and have also been trained as a dancer and worked with children in playwork settings. Im friendly and happy to help.
Those who know me know I try to make my classes suitable for all. I make no judgements if you have 2 left feet or want to join us from a chair at all come along and have a laugh, meet new friends and improve fitness through fun but easy dance routines.

Todays classes: Gentle dance class with lots of laughs suitable for all 1:30-2:30pm at beddau church hall.

Coming soon: Family dance fit classes suitable for parents/grandparents and other family members over 10. Suitable for those who have limited or low fitness but want to have a go and have fun.
Will be starting soon one evening a week just trying to sort a venue 😀

We are looking for new members for our fantastic child led drama and dance club in Talbot Green Community Centre. Classes are run Thursdays 5-7pm we currently have 7 children attending between the ages of 7 and 11. Children have input in dances which opportunities to have solo, duet or group dances. Children have input in the script and write and make up their own scenes that we put in the shows. Our classes are great for confidence building. Performances are small normally just for families and friends so great for those who want to be on stage but are nervous of a bigger audience. Classes are reasonably priced at £9 for the 2 hours or £5 if you just want to attend one hour. We were lucky enough to have Sarah and Soyna from Eira Wen Productions - Music/Drama come to our Thursday class today to teach us a new dance. Thank you so much for coming the kids had great fun learning the new dance 💃

Family dance fit classes running 10th, 17th, 24th, 31st August in Beddau. Classes are suitable for beginners and are for parents/grandparents to attend with and take part in with the child/ young person adults can also attend without children( ie adult mother & daughter). Lots of fun and great to keep fit during the summer.
