Massive congratulations to Sofia

Sofia IS HEADING TO THE USA! 🇺🇸

A huge congratulations to Sofia who has been selected to attend the NGA National Training Camp in the USA this October!

Following her outstanding performances at the 2026 NGA UK National Final she will now have the incredible opportunity to train, learn and represent NGA UK on an international stage!

We are so proud of you Sof! Congratulations and well done also to her personal coaches Rachel & Rhidian!

Inter Regional Challenge Cup 2026 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿

Massive well done to everyone that represented Wales last weekend, you all looked great and we are very proud of you!

Stand out performances from Cameron taking the silver medal in the 13-14yrs regional 4!

Evie finishing 5th in the 9-10yrs regional 3, the highest possible competition a 9 year old can compete.

Zander competing his first double somersault and George adjusting in his vol to compete 2 full routines.

Our Summer Holiday Camps are back!!!!
If you are looking for a fun day filled with organised activities, games, craft and best of all GYMNASTICS then our camps are perfect for you!
Camps are lead by our qualified gymnastics coaches and are suitable for children aged 5-12 years old. Both members and non members are welcome.

Drop off is between 8.30am-9am and collection is between 3pm -3.30pm. So that is a full 7 hours of fun per day!
A full week of fun is £175 per child
A single day booking is £45 per day
Camps are for 5 weeks, from Monday 27th July to Friday 28th August!
The first week is almost fully booked!

This weekend 18 trampoline gymnasts from Fusion will represent Wales in the Inter Regional Challenge Cup in the Utilita Arena in Birmingham!

They have all worked so hard to get here and we know they will love the experience

League Qualifier 3 - Cardiff

A very successful competition for Fusion, with 14 individuals qualifying through to finals and 5 individual medalists. We also had 3 synchro pairs on the podium!

For the first time ever Fusion entered a gymnast into Super league. Efan at only 13 years old competed against the senior men. Efan finished in the top 8 finding himself through to the Tramp cup. This is a knock out event with 3 qualifying rounds, 2 semi finals and a final with prize money. Efan was brilliant making it through to the semi finals and missing out to the gymnast that went on to win the final, what a great show!

A huge well done to every single gymnast and a big thank you to our judging and coaching team for another amazing weekend!

This was the last of the league qualifier events and the last time to gain points! We’ve just found out we have 19 individuals & 3 synchro pairs through to the League final in October! We wish them all lots of luck!
