Aw thank you to everyone who came with their dumbbells last night. It was lovely to see you all with them. This workout will strengthen the shoulders, arms and core and following through with our dance fitness routines, (without dumbbells)! will provide you with a full body and cardio workout. Well done everybody. Just to say that dumbbells aren't compulsory as you can still benefit from the exercises without using them - but they do help strengthen the body. And, the dance exercise moves without the dumbbells can help towards you losing weight if you wish to do so as you can burn quite a few calories in one night! Plus our zen style cooldown will relax and soothe both mind and body. And, aircon during the summer months!Booking only please as places very limited.
