Unfortunately I've been hit with illness. Managed to avoid it all through the Xmas period but it's caught up with me now. Sorry but will have to postpone starting until next week.👌

Evening everyone. Can't make tomorrow at 12pm due to other commitments. I will be starting back these sessions in the New Year. Thank you for attending the classes, appreciate the energy. Apologies for the lack of consistency, the schedule got busier than anticipated. Excited to build on it next year and have a weekly class.🙏

We do have Santa making a visit to the hub next week for the Wednesday 5pm session. Everyone is welcome.

Educating kids at home has become increasingly popular so we have a class every Wednesday at 12pm. The class is a mixture of grappling and striking structured with games, techniques and sparring. First class is free so just turn up in training kit with water and you are good to go!!

Hi everyone. I have decided to relaunch this class in November. I have been so inconsistent as of late as I have had to put a lot of energy into the hub. Everything will be wrapped up this side of the month and then I can put more time into being on the mats.👌

Gratefully the energy in has been worth it as we have had extremely positive news. Just need the next 2 weeks to finalise everything and secure this space for generations.🙏

Excited to build this class and make it a staple in the hub's timetable. Thanks for your support. Mats are available between 12-1 if you want to bring the kids down to burn off some energy. See you all soon.
