First match of season for Phoenix in Prem A 🔥
Everyone put in a massive effort and worked so hard to keep up with our opposition!

It was also lovely to welcome Jess to the team for her first game! 💚❤️

Lots of positives to take from the game and plenty to work on, but overall a really promising start to the season. Bring on the next one! 💪🏐

Brilliant day of netball from U14 Phoenix today. Defensively, throughout the day the team were ruthless in making clean interceptions and turning them over to goal. Dynamic and strong, they controlled space well to force errors across the whole court.

In attack, they moved the ball to goal with speed and power, using a variety of centre pass options. All the shooters were consistent in scoring, stealing rebounds and versatile in different roles.

After a strong group stage performance of 5-2, we faced the winners of the other group in the quarter finals. Despite being 4-2 down at half time, they fought back with everything to win the match 12-5. An incredible performance with every player showing their best.

Despite losing the semi final to the eventual winners, the girls were brilliant all day and got their season off to a flying start!

What a brilliant first step into U10 netball for our girls, taking part in a charity tournament at Exeter University!

With a small squad of just 5 players and no substitutes, the girls had to dig deep, playing 6 games in total, including some straight back-to-back with no break! To make the challenge even greater, more than half of the team were also playing up an age group. 💪

Despite the tough schedule and some seriously strong opposition, the girls were absolutely fantastic. They showed real determination, resilience and a fantastic attitude throughout the whole day, always encouraging each other and giving their best right until the final whistle. 👏

As the day went on, the girls really found their rhythm and built their momentum, playing some brilliant netball and working so well together. There were some well-fought games against super-tough opposition, and the girls never stopped battling. 🔥

A huge well done to all five U10 Phoenix girls - you should be incredibly proud of yourselves! ❤️💚

Charity netball tournament❤️💚
A phenomenal afternoon of Netball from our under 12 Griffins team, who produced a strong and energetic display to come second in the George’s Legacy Charity tournament. Winning all but one group game, they battled through to a hard fought final.

The girls were brilliant throughout, showing excellent teamwork, respect and resilience to deal with whatever came their way. They were adaptable across the court in different positions, took on feedback well and showed the breadth of their skills.

A huge shout out to Michelle for her incredible work courtside and all the parents for your support and positivity.

A strong contest against a physical side. The girls kept fighting, showed resilience and never stopped working for that goal.

🔥 Firebirds 3–0 TTNC Mighty White
Pure determination! Fantastic passing and movement through court, working brilliantly to feed the circle and create scoring chances.

A hard-fought win! Unlucky not to convert more shots, but fantastic teamwork, footwork and composure got the job done!

💥 SEMI FINAL | Firebirds 0–0 Mustketeers
WHAT A BATTLE! 🔥
The girls dug DEEP and gave absolutely everything. Outstanding defensive pressure, blocking passing lanes, teamwork and ball movement. Every single player gave 100%!

After 1 minute of extra time, the result unfortunately went back to the outcome of the previous game, meaning Firebirds missed out on the final.
