Dolly, we will always love you.
What an inspirational lady, not just through her music but all the charitable work she did quietly in the background.
I love this quote reminding us to practice gratitude and keep things in perspective.

Hi ,
OPPORTUNITY TO TAKE PART IN RESEARCH
I've been working with a wonderful Occupational Therapy lecturer from a local University, who's interest is in chronic pain. She is undertaking some research for us around people's experiences of the pain cafes. She is looking for a small focus group to work with, people who have been to a cafe and can freely share their thoughts. There really isn't any research into pain cafes so your help would be greatly valued. A link to the consent form is below along with some information. Please reach out to Rebecca on [email protected] if you have any questions.

We welcome the Government's announcement that disabled people in England will be able to use their concessionary bus passes 24 hours a day from April 2027, but we still have some concerns. Removing restrictions on when disabled people can travel will only make a difference if they can actually get on a bus in the first place.

What has been your experience of travelling on buses?

I can't believe we turned 3 today! Please 'like' our post if you've been to a pain cafe in the last 3 years. We are profoundly grateful to have met you all.
Please see our pain cafes this month, including our Plymouth cafe at University of Plymouth. We look forward to seeing you this month,
Julie.

What a fantastic week! Packed out pain cafes and happy faces. Helped by a lovely (hot) train ride as well.
