Recognised for his hard work down the wings. Teddy was constantly looking to drive forward, take players on and cause problems for the opposition. His willingness to keep working and pushing forward really stood out. 💯⚽️

🧠 EDWARD #5
Recognised for his attitude when he gets on the ball. Edward is always trying to make the right decisions, play the right pass and do the things he knows he can do to help the team. 👏

Well done boys! Two very different strengths, but both showing a great attitude and a desire to keep improving. 🧡🖤

Their coaches and players said he caused them problems up top and highlighted his work rate, which is always brilliant to hear from the other side. 👏⚽️

His work rate today was seriously impressive. He was constantly looking to win the ball back, chasing down every opportunity and never giving up on a challenge.

His attitude and desire to work hard for his team really stood out. He put everything into his performance and showed exactly what it means to give your all for the boys around you. 👏⚽️

What a performance from Ollie👏🧡

Ollie showed a fantastic work rate from start to finish, constantly showing a real desire to get on the ball and make things happen. His tenacity was brilliant, never giving up on a challenge and always looking to win the ball back for the team.

He stayed calm under pressure, made some excellent decisions and his positioning was fantastic throughout the game. He always seemed to be in the right place at the right time.

And to top off a brilliant all-round performance, Ollie finished it off with a really good goal! ⚽🔥

Oakley’s work rate and footwork are absolutely unbelievable. Wherever you put him on the pitch, he finds a way to make an impact. He’s a constant threat, always looking to take players on, create something and put the opposition under pressure.

But it’s his work for the team that really stands out. Oakley never stops running, never switches off and gives absolutely everything for his teammates from the first whistle to the last. 💪

He took some big knocks, but every single time he hit the deck, he bounced back up and carried on. That determination and resilience says so much about his character. 👊🔥

Vinnie’s work rate was absolutely fantastic today. He played with real tenacity and determination, never giving up on a ball and constantly looking to make things happen.

And then there was that lightning-quick speed! ⚡️ Vinnie had the opposition defenders working overtime, using his pace to stretch the game and cause plenty of problems every time he got forward.

His hard work and desire to keep improving never goes unnoticed, and today was another brilliant example of just what he can do when he gives it everything.

August has been a relatively quiet month for us with the summer break, but even with limited football, Evan’s attitude continues to impress everyone. 💯

Sometimes it’s the things that don’t show up on a scoresheet that make you most proud, and Evan has so many of those qualities.

He never lets a mistake define him. If something doesn’t go his way, he picks himself up, carries on and, more often than not, does it with that big smile still on his face. 😊

Most importantly, Evan just looks like he loves playing football. He enjoys being with his teammates, he enjoys learning and he enjoys being out on that pitch — and as coaches, there’s nothing better to see. ⚽️

His attitude in training has always been fantastic and this month is no different. He is always keen to answer questions, listens carefully and genuinely wants to understand why we are doing things. His desire to learn and improve is something that will take him a long way.

Evan, you should be incredibly proud of yourself. Keep learning, keep asking questions and, most importantly, keep that smile and keep enjoying your football. 🧡
