A postcard from 404 x club la Santa

I for one know the power of community, I get to see it daily with ! But getting the chance to step into where “performance first, social second” and I got to be the newbie stepping into a fitness community. Sure there were nerves, but a warm welcome and with like minded individuals made an incredible experience.

Lifting, eating, running, laughing on repeat!

This time away actually made me able to take a step back and look in on how far has come, not just as a business but the community that’s been created. you have been a breath of fresh air, a fantastic community up in London and to all those who was part of the trip a massive thank you.

Competitions, chill, balance and vibes!

Take that leap and sign up to that class, community or trip… it might just be the best thing you do 🔥

Hybrid move member shoutout 🤩

A massive congratulations to Sam on coming first in a hilly half marathon race up in Surrey!

Sam has been attending classes, smashing personal training sessions and listening to the advice given to take her performance to a whole new level 💥

Staying true to the process, having the drive/dedication combined with the will and want to do better, has a clear result from all the work she has put in - number 1 champ 🏆

Sam had a good idea on training but learning about true strength training, speed work, threshold work has take her abilities to the next step 👊🏽

Very proud coach and onto the next challenge mate 🧡🖤

HYBRID MOVES FIRST MINI HYBRID DJ SESSION WITH BOZ 🎶

Having the minis in this AM was so fun. Seeing them all follow coach Nicky’s lead whilst their parents and friends were smashing through there workouts was fantastic to witness. Getting them involved and moving through bodyweight movements to kickstart their fitness journeys all whilst having a laugh with their friends 😄

They watch and learn from us all and from this morning we can tell we are having a great impact on how they conduct themselves with their fitness! Well done to all Minis 😎

Hybrids you lot are legends and a big thank you to you all. Inspiring the minis and supporting everyone to create the best fitness community possible🖤🧡

A more straight forward workout done well to allow the little ones to follow along… a big thank you to you all and next up the big 3 year anniversary!! 💥

We have decided to change the route from our Wayfers walk so that we can do a loop up to old Wi******er hill from East Meon 😁

Small Group Personal Training is here 🔥

Hybrid Move is expanding its services for you all !

SGPT is the perfect blend of our group classes and personal training. It will allow 6 people to train in one session on a different timetable to work on their strength through progressive overload programming.

In sessions there would be tailored weights/ reps for you to take your training to the next level!

We have decided to put this out for you guys due to our demand on our Hybrid group strength sessions being a massive hit with you all!

The SGPT will be available to the first 20 people that send us a DM. This will only be going ahead if we have enough of an uptake also as this will be an addition to the classes we run currently…

SGPT is a chance to level up your training in a small group environment with a fraction of the cost of 1-1 PT!

If you want:
Specific strength training
Tailored program design
Progressive overload training system for the full body

Then this would be perfect for you !

Invest in your health and wellbeing and level up with the SGPT.

Cut off date to get signed up: 30th August 📅
Start date : (with enough sign ups) 7th September 📍
Goal : level up 💥

We are looking at adding this due to demand from our Hybrid move classes (specifically the strength ones) if there isn’t enough interest there is no love lost and we will carry on looking to add to our services 🧡🖤

Welcome Lucy Susan’s to the Hybrid Move coaching team 🔥
Lucy; one of our very own Hybrids and good friend has taken the opportunity to come get involved here at Hybrid move and now will be leading some of our sessions 😁
Recently she has received her qualifications and is already in high demand 👌🏽
As we all know, Lucy has great energy, a lovely personality and will be there for each and every one of you to level up in your training !
