(Boxing, Karate, Aikido, Krav Maga & Kendo) Mr Colin Sayer 5th Dan TAGB Taekwondo & 1st Dan WT Taekwondo. Mr Sayer served in the British Army for 22 years and over that time has trained with Masters all over the world in Taekwondo and other Martial Arts. Come and join us and we can guarantee you will get fit, make new friends and learn a new skill.
