Tough game for the lads this morning, credit to the lads as they grafted for 90 minutes Monk and Al will sleep well tonight.

In the game for 60/70 minutes but from start to finish Eppleton moved the ball well combined with their extra legs they put the game to bed, all the best to them for the rest of the season.

No fixture next week so we’ll see you all in two weeks.

Our first cup action of the season this Sunday as we welcome Wingate down to Helford Road in the first round of the Tommy Burrell Cup.

A tremendous effort from the lads this morning as we found ourselves 4-0 up at half time, low numbers put the pressure on us as the heavy legs kicked in but we stayed strong and seen out the 3 points.

A tough start to the season against a strong Shotton side. A poor first half display left the game out of sight despite a much improved second half.
