It's been a long journey with lock down and 19 months of closure with storm damage but being back open is awesome. Here are some photos from when we walked in to the old Bodytalk Unit. It was in a bit of a state and still had what we think was the old carpet from the Clarmont Garmet days lol. Pretty sure that part of the space the gy occupies used to be the offices and canteen. If anyone has any photos of Bodytalk or Claremont post them below we love a bit of history!

We re doing everything we can to get the gym back to it's best. Which for us means top quality advice and support in a friendly and welcoming environment. With over 25 group exercises classes and a good range of strength, cardio and functional we are here to help!
