Boddam ended their 2026 season with a narrow defeat at home to Ardallie FC last night.

Boddam started the match well and created several good chances but were unable to score. Ardallie took the lead when Boddam failed to clear the ball out of their area and Ardallie forced it home. Ardallie added a second before halftime to give Boddam an uphill task for the second half.

Boddam didn't give up and kept pushing to get back into the game. A goal from Kurt Noble with 30 minutes remaining got Boddam back into the game. Despite creating more chances they just couldn't find the equaliser as Ardallie held out for the win.

The match ended in a similar way to most this season, with a sense of frustration that we can't take our chances and turn defeats into win.

Time for a little break then go again as we look ahead to next season.
