Hope everyone had an amazing Christmas Day yesterday, ate all the food, changed into your comfy trousers and ate even more, we are back open as normal tomorrow until New Year’s Eve and then when normal life resumes why not consider getting yourself down to a gym where an Olympic champion trains, the man you see in this post… he is a smart man, he knows what’s what, he trains at Next Level Barbell Club because he knows what’s best for those new year strength gains, big changes coming for us next year too when we expand and create something even bigger for 2026, watch this space.

Who has squats today? Do you squat deep enough? Just be sure to make sure you do if you have it in comp? We have a powerlifting meet coming up in January and a strongman comp in March both with squats so don’t fall short and hit that depth
