Awesome conditions this morning…….

Ideal conditions for some maintenance today.
Owner, Ed Ockleford, donned his diving gear to seek out some of the PWP Anchors, some of which are up to 8 metres under water, that keep the obstacles / ramps floating in the right place.
We found a couple and were able to straighten up 2 of the ramps but looks like some are missing, presumed consumed by the clay bed! New ones will need to be make and dropped at a later date…..

Another heat wave coming this week. Join us and cool down in the water.

It’s been a busy summer so far and great to meet so many people looking to have a go at wakeboarding.
Now we’re just reflecting on how it all started.
We look back and see James Collinson having his first ride after joining as a founder member back in November 2018 and then just last week we have Oliver learning (and nailing it) his first kicker invert - the front roll (a somersault)!
How things have changed here at Peterborough WakePark (PWP)

Round 2 of the national grassroots competition was held yesterday, we put forward 7 riders with 2 podiums and some close calls for Peterborough again.

Next stop is spring lakes at the end of August.

No equipment? No problem!

At Peterborough WakePark we provide everything you need to get started: Wakeboards, Buoyancy aids, Helmets, Wetsuits.

it's a place to escape, enjoy nature and spend time outdoors.

If you do visit, please remember: Give the swans plenty of space and Keep dogs under control to help us protect the wildlife that makes the park so special.
