✨ Before You Give Up… Read This ✨
Have you ever felt like throwing in the towel?
Like you’ve tried everything…
You’ve put in the hours…
You’ve invested the time, energy, tears, and hope…
Yet nothing seems to be changing.
What if I told you that some of the biggest breakthroughs happen just before people decide to quit?
The truth is, when we’re in the middle of the struggle, it’s hard to see how far we’ve already come. We focus on what’s still not working instead of recognising the progress we’ve made.
🐴 Maybe your horse isn’t where you want them to be yet.
🐴 Maybe your confidence isn’t where you hoped it would be.
🐴 Maybe you’re feeling stuck, frustrated, or questioning whether it’s all worth it.
Before you give up, pause.
Reflect.
Look back at where you started.
What have you learned?
What has improved?
What challenges have you already overcome that once felt impossible?
Sometimes the answer isn’t to quit.
Sometimes it’s simply to acknowledge the journey, adjust the plan, and keep taking the next step.
Your breakthrough might be closer than you think. ❤️
👇 I’d love to know…
What’s one thing you and your horse can do today that you couldn’t do 6 months ago?
Share your win below and let’s celebrate the progress together. 🐴✨

Possibly the first and the last, what do you all think? 🤔

Being an equestrian isn’t always easy. Especially when you’re balancing children, full time work, and everyday life. I know lots of us feel this!
Sometimes our horses are the first thing we put to the side… but, horse time matters too. It’s not selfish, it’s grounding, resetting, and time for you. 🤍
Your mindset matters just as much as your riding.
I have a few spaces available for Mindset Coaching on Friday 29th May. Pop me a DM if you’re interested.

To be mindful, it means to be aware. Sometimes we are quite the opposite of mindfulness, or mindfulness thinking. Meaning we can be lost in thinking. We’ve all been there and how it can feel to be lost in your thinking with your horse.
When applying mindfulness, and with a practice to the mindfulness approach to working with the horse, we are able to unlock what it is we actually need to be able to achieve what it is we are hoping to, with the horse. This is because we have trained the mind.
It takes practice, but so does lots of things that are lasting. It all starts with the self!
Spaces becoming available for coaching at the end of May!
PM for anymore details.

I wishing you all a very happy Easter 🐣
Spring is a great time to start ‘waking up’ as hibernation comes to an end. The trees start to bloom and the grass greener. Bees come alive and the birds happily singing.
So, after the winter months of being more still, Easter is a great time of the reminder to slowly ‘wake up’ and feel revived and ready for the year ahead. Also, to be enjoy some chocolate 🍫 😉
