SM Dance Studios are back and we’re ready to get back boogieing! 🎉🕺💃

We’re excited to announce that our Commercial Class is back this week and will be running every Friday from 4:00pm–5:00pm.

Get ready for upbeat music, hip-hop-inspired choreography, and lots of fun as we head into a fantastic new term. We can’t wait to welcome everyone back into the studio and see all your smiling faces again!

Sadly the importance of knowing how to defend yourself is ever more important. Luckily East Coast Krav Maga Scotland are there to help!

I went along last week to one of their regular sessions to learn more, learn some basic techniques and generally have a whole lot of great fun.

Susan made my mate and I immediately welcome then to the whole group set out the safety rules, the importance of respect and that this is about defence.

With mixed, women only and young peoples' sessions, I was really impressed by the setup. If you have any thoughts about self defence and/or generally getting fit and having a good time, why not look them up?

Sophie is an extremely talented dancer who is passing on her knowledge and experience to the next generation of dancers. Her kind and welcoming approach really helps her students gain confidence, move their bodies and fall in love with the medium of dance.

We've been trialling a great kids fitness bootcamp style class over the school holidays, and it's been a hit! 🤩

This is open for all school age kids, and adapted for each age group.
It's a good mix of relevant bodyweight exercises, boxing gloves and punch bags, with fun competitive games, and the kids can even pick the music, even if it is the 'macarena'...! 😄👌

The first class is free to try,

If they join our kids Self Defence training programme, the GRIT FIT class is then included for FREE! 🎉
