LAST CALL FOR ENTRIES...
'Marathon with Me' - WE NEED YOUR HELP/EXERCISE...
On 23rd April our 3d leisure colleague Adam Clements is competing in the London Marathon to raise funds for Children with Cancer.
We'd like to get as many people involved in joining him... but don't worry, we only need 30mins of exercise, not a marathon! QR code and link are there to take part and donate £5 to this amazing cause (you're welcome to donate and not exercise of course 😉 )
To take part, please speak to a team member before 19th April!
P.S -There's also a Spa Day up for grabs for one lucky entrant!

Our 'Big Red Class' is back!
On Friday, 17th March at 11am, 3d leisure are holding an extraordinary virtual PE class which will be streamed directly into schools across the UK, all in aid of Comic Relief.
If you know a school that would love to get involved, please ask them to email:

Last year we had over 10k children exercising at the same time, and this year we intend to go bigger and better!

IMPORTANT CLUB UPDATE:
Update following on from the First Ministers guidance today, from the 26th December we will be returning to social distancing in club.
The great news however is that we are open and looking forward to see you during your visits in coming week!
