Well done to 3 of our lads, Jack McLean, Marek Hermann and Owen Tosh 👏👏 👏 for getting the call up yesterday to support our senior team in their away league match against Blackburn United FC which finished 2-2.

All gaining valuable experience being in and around the senior squad on a match day with Owen coming on in the 2nd half to get some decent minutes under his belt 👍

It’s great to see the pathway working and the hard work being put in between our Jeanfield Swifts First Team and the U20s 🤝🖤🤍🖤🤍

The lads got themselves into a great position going 2 up within 13mins however a crazy 10min spell either side of half time left us 4-2 down and with it all to do. A goal was pulled back and despite piling on the pressure the home defence held out.

The lads are on the road this Friday with a trip to Pitreavie to face Crossgates Primrose in the league.

The teams are level on points after 2 games with a win and a defeat each and this one should be a close competitive match.
