Both Caio Evans-Williams and Solomon Lynch represented Cornwall with distinction on Sunday at the South West Inter-Counties at Millfield School in Somerset. They grew in confidence in the games as the day went on. Caio worked effectively advancing the ball, particularly on the right hand side, and often getting into shooting positions, scoring in the game against Dorset; Solomon played deeper and distributed really well from the back, starting to read the game very well.

We’re pleased to announce that the 2026 South West Short Course Winter Championships conditions are now available! 🎉

📅 6–8 November 2026
📍 Millfield School
🏅 Level 2 Licensed Meet
💷 £12 per event

The Championships will feature competition across 13/14, 15, 16 and 17+ age groups, with swimmers able to use qualifying times achieved at Level 1, 2 or 3 competitions during the qualifying window.

⏰ Entries close at midday on Monday 19 October 2026 — so make sure you check the conditions and get your entries in on time!

♿ Para swimming events will also be included as an integrated competition, with supplementary Para conditions available within the meet pack.
