6:30am BODYCOMBAT will be on a Tuesday
6:30am BODYPUMP will be on a Wednesday
Tuesday Les Mills Pilates will be 7:30-8:15am
Monday evening Yoga is with Rosie
All Build It session will now be full body!!
All classes are available for drop in..
£6.50 for a regular class / £33 for 6 classes
£8.50 for a Les Mills class / £45 for 6 classes

To appreciate the strong legs that carry you, the arms that lift, the lungs that let you run, the heart that never stops beating and the body that allows you to do soooo much.
Your body is so much more than how it looks!!
My number one goal as a PT is to get as many people as possible to shift the focus from “How do I look?” to “What can my body do?” 🖤
