Em and I thoroughly enjoyed ourselves at the Cumbria Challenge Pleasure Ride thisafternoon. A very well organised ride.
We were paired up with Penny Hudson and her lovely mare Quinn. Great company!
Riding over some beautiful ground with glorious views all around 😍
We did 16km in 1hr47 mins 👌and Em finished with a heart rate of 43 👍

Some amazing plant pot displays we saw around Settle on Saturday. The horses weren't bothered in the slightest after passing the first one which was a unicorn! 😄
Em was more troubled by the train passing over head as we came out from under the viaduct....quite understandably, she's never seen a train before

Em felt to really enjoy it and made some new friends....I believe she also fell in love with little Peanut!

Em had a session from Ceris and her Echonia Cold Laser therapy tool today.
To help toward ironing out tightness in a couple areas from the fall she took last week. She also had some lymphatic fluid that's jammed up near her left teat, causing some tightness in her groin and diaphragm.....this could well explain her weaker left hind.

It was a first for Em and me and was really interesting to see how she responded. Her breathing changed at times, some lovely deep processing to. When it came to her groin area she stood and exposed the area, her skin also changed in response, going tighter before improving.

Very interesting learning 🤓
