Not originally a Pencoed boy, but very much one of our own. A multiple Players’ Player of the Year, national coach with Norway and coach at the Vale.

Above all else — he’s the man you want beside you in the trenches.

A stalwart of Pencoed RFC and part of a family with red, white and blue running through its veins.

Three brothers, a cousin and a diehard Pencoed old man — this club means something to the Clarkes.

Now it’s Owain’s turn to lead.

Pencoed through and through.

Dylan has represented the club since the age of 7, coming right through our system with a family firmly ingrained in Pencoed RFC.

Pencoed is in the blood.

Tom has come through the club system, following in the footsteps of his grandad Mal Somers — a man who gave so much of his life to Pencoed RFC.

His family helped build the club we have today. Now Tom carries that legacy forward.
