Well done to our brilliant juniors who represented Pembroke at Junior Nationals 2026. Once again, they put in 110% effort into every match and made their coaches very proud. Thank you to all the parents who travelled up - we couldn't do these tournaments without your amazing support.

Congratulations to Pembroke ladies finishing 🥈 in Div 2 at the Women’s Nationals in Leeds this weekend. This placed them 7th in 🇬🇧 and is their best ever result!! 🙌 🤿

Pembrokeshire County Council’s Cabinet has taken major steps towards providing fantastic new leisure facilities across the County, including the proposed building of new leisure centres for Pembroke and Milford Haven.

The Cabinet has backed a multi-million pound Leisure Investment Programme which also includes £4.6m to repair and improve the swimming pool at Tenby Leisure Centre.

Today for **International Women’s Day** we celebrated the incredible women in our sport at the Team GB Underwater Hockey training camp. 💪🌊

This weekend around **60 women** from across the country came together — representing different squads, age groups, and stages of their underwater hockey journeys — all united by a shared passion for the game.

From experienced internationals to rising talent, it was inspiring to see so many women in one place pushing each other, supporting each other, and showing the strength of our community.

Here’s to the athletes, coaches, volunteers, and supporters who continue to grow women’s underwater hockey in the UK. The future of the sport is strong. 💙
