Peebles Junior Badminton Club

A tale of hard work on court and the success that follows, PJBC's Flo Kirkpatrick was profiled in the Border Telegraph last week. She pays tribute to the early coaching from PJBC lead coach Gordon McLean and the way in which his approach combined "development and enjoyment". Balancing these is at the heart of our club's ethos.

PJBC welcomes young players from 8 years old to club sessions on a Sunday afternoon. Formal and informal Come and Try sessions are available throughout the club year. The club takes a break from the end of May and returns at the end of August. Get in touch for more info.

The Duns Primary School Championships will be held at Berwickshire High School games hall on Saturday, 28th March, 2026. Please use the link below, or QR code on the poster, to access the online entry form. Boys and girls singles. Entry fee - £6/child. Closing date for entries is 22/03/26. Entry is available to all those who are at school (or home educated) and who are either at a school in the Scottish Borders or a member of a club in the Scottish Borders. It would be appreciated if parents could contribute one thing to the raffle. BACS payment details are on the entry form. 🏆🥈🏸

Well done to all the Peebles club players. Fantastic to see Gemma winning the singles, Sradha reaching the final and Mia, Charlie and Leo semifinalists. A special well done to Venuri for winning most sporting girl.
