What are our pupils doing here?
Twisted pretzel 🥨

This is one our favourite exercises at Gillian Easdale... but why?
⭐️ it allows the children to focus, settle and do about something that really requires their attention
⭐️ this focus helps them in class, with all of their exercises
⭐️ they also get to sit with their friends, often helping eachother get their hands into the right place

While it might look a bit silly it really does have a lot of benefits!

Ballet exercises…

One of our favourite things at GEdance! But it all starts from a young age. You can see some of our youngest pupils doing gallops, rising onto their toes and arm exercises.

These movements continue all the way to the senior classes
