Today's session was all about race preparation for the triathlon that is happening next weekend on our home turf.

Lots of the Terrapins will be in action, so we practised chaotic transitions, mounting/dismounting the bike and pacing their race distances.

Still time to get involved if you sign up on their website, code GARY2026 gives you a small discount.

Terrapins are back training on Sunday 18th October. Please sign up early on the Spond App Code DFXWH.

Well done to Rene who has been working hard on her running and was rewarded with a parkrun pb last weekend.

One I missed last weekend, which is worthy of a big shout out. Zak and Freya took on the Salcombe adults triathlon and smashed it. The beautiful sea swim is followed by hilly bike and run courses. Fantastic effort both of you!!!

Thank you Splash At Trago for providing us the perfect location to get our Terrapins introduced to Open Water swimming. They have worked hard through the summer swimming and also played hard; making new friends along the way.

Thanks .jamies0n for the fantastic photos.
