The croquet season runs April to September and membership for Trinity Term is £12 for students, with the full season being slightly more. Non-students are charged £56 for the full season, with large discounts available to non-student university members (such as staff). This weekend, OUACC players enjoyed an outstanding Student Championships, taking home both the Singles and Doubles titles. Congratulations to everyone who represented Oxford, and especially to our champions on a fantastic achievement.

On Monday, our top squad faced Cambridge at our annual Varsity match at the Hurlingham Club. The lawns were flawless and our spirits were high. Although we didn’t win this time, we certainly looked much better than our opponents thanks to our kits courtesy of VX3 Apparel.

Last week, the 51st edition of Croquet Cuppers came to a close with a fantastic final between Pembroke and New College. All played well, but it was New who rose to victory. A spirited crowd was there to support both teams and enjoy a few drinks thanks to our Official Drinks Partner, Sipsmith Gin. Well done to all who participated this year. Thanks to Croquet England for their continued support of this tradition.

With Croquet Cuppers 2026 approaching its conclusion, we wanted to share some snapshots of what it has been.
Thank you all for participating and making this year’s tournament such a memorable experience. From complete beginners to seasoned players, you’ve helped make Cuppers another fantastic success.
The best is yet to come. The final will take place on Saturday 20 June at 12:30pm on the OUACC lawns in University Parks, and we’d love to see you there.

There are two games running sequentially, one from 12pm and one from 3pm, and spectators are welcome to watch at any point.
