Back from an incredibly rewarding week in Durban, helping fellow para archery coaches from South Africa, Mauritius, and Namibia develop new skills and boost the standard and reach of the sport in their countries. Massive massive thanks to all the coaches and their archers, to Andy Rikunenko and Hilda Gibson for bringing me on board, to host venue King's Park Archery Club, and The South African National Archery Association for their hospitality, and of course World Archery and Archery GB for their support.
