It’s been a while! Enjoy ☺️ 🏋️♂️🤩
A year ago I had an accident in my cervical spine. I was unable to do my job properly and needed surgery to try put my neck straight again from being "wonky/broken"! With the amazing help of Kenan Deniz neurosurgeon, Pauline Buckle Physiotherapist and my determination to get well as soon as possible, I am back to doing what I love, Personal Training, teaching classes and exercising. I did my first gentle jog today after my surgery, and it felt wonderful! If I hadn't been as fit as I am, my injury could have been life changing. Exercise is fundamental in humans and I am months ahead of where I should be at this stage of my recovery. Watch this space for some new exercises that I will upload soon.
