We’re so excited to welcome Kundalini Yoga to , every Monday at 10am with Jenna ✨ Yoga Teacher, Sound Practitioner & Retreat Host 🤍

Jenna has already shared her energy with us in the studio, and we’re so happy to now have her bringing this beautiful practice to the timetable.

Macmillan Coffee Morning at the Studio 💗☕️

Join us for a special Friday morning as we come together for a little yoga, lots of cake, coffee, tea, chat — and to raise money for Macmillan Cancer Support. 💚

🧘‍♀️ Restorative Yoga – 9.30am
We’ll start with our usual gentle, restorative Friday morning class, with the class offered for a donation. Simply scan the QR code to make your donation. Every little bit helps! 💚

☕️🍰 Afterwards, stay for coffee, tea, cakes and a chat. We’ll have plenty provided, but you’re very welcome to bring along your own cake or treats to share too!

📚 And there’s a book exchange!
Books will be available for you to take away and enjoy. When you’re finished, simply bring it back and exchange it for another one. 📖✨

Spaces will be limited, so please book your place through Gymcatch as usual. We’ll do our very best to squeeze in as many of you as we safely can!

Come along, practise, have a cuppa, enjoy some cake and help us support a wonderful cause. 💚

After the success of our last Ashtanga workshop, here’s another chance to practice with for a 2-hour guided Ashtanga Primary Series practice, rooted in traditional timing and enhanced with thoughtful, hands-on adjustments to support your individual journey.
This is an opportunity to slow down, refine, and truly experience the rhythm of the practice - breath, movement, and awareness woven together with intention.
We’ll close with a workshop-style exploration, breaking down and building towards bigger shapes, giving you the tools and understanding to approach them with confidence and curiosity.
Expect:
- Full Primary Series with traditional pacing
- Hands-on adjustments (with consent)
- Space to deepen your practice and understanding
- Technique + exploration of more advanced postures
- A supportive, focused environment Open to those with some experience of the Primary Series or a regular yoga practice.
