Cup Finals

Tonight, Tuesday, sees the finals night for the Ormskirk League’s Lethbridge Cup (singles) at Aughton Institute. Two of our club members are through to the last 8 - Ian Mayne and Dave Roper. Start time is 6.45pm after the draw, so go along and give them some support. Wednesday evening sees the finals night for the Aughton League’s Bleasdale Cup. This is also a singles competition and from our club we have a raft of qualifiers in the last 8 - Emma Gill, Paul Taylor, Dave Roper, Ian Gill, Katie Fenney and Kev Maher....

Owls Cup Final Tonight

Our Ormskirk Owls team is playing in the Maghull League Cup Final tonight at Scarisbrick NSC (Bullens Lane) against Formby Village. The match rolls off at 7pm if anyone would like to go and watch. Let’s see if the Owls can swoop in to take the trophy and cap off a great season as they have already won promotion!

Ormskirk League Pairs Success

A great achievement by four pairs from our club who have reached the quarter finals of the Ormskirk League pairs competition. Well done to Richard Snape & Ted Baker, Steve James & Jim Gray, Ian & Matthew Gill, and Emma Gill & Emma Denning. Finals night is tonight (Tues 30 June) at Aughton Institute, with the draw taking place on the night for the quarter finals. The action will start at 6.45pm so why not come along and support your teammates?
