Rock and River is an Outdoor Activity Centre in the North West, with onsite activities from Climbing and High Ropes, to Canoeing and Paddle Boarding. We are open to families, schools, birthday parties, scout and guide groups and more. We also have accommodation onsite, in our lovely wooden cabins, camping pods and large camping field. The onsite cafe offers homebaked treats and coffees to fuel your day. Opening hours: Main season March - November

The daylight is closing in.....we have the last Paddle Board and Pizza evening of the season this Friday!

We also have the exciting Rock and River One Mile Swim Challenge, hosted by this Saturday morning. It's going to be an great event, come and cheer the swimmers on, the cafe will be open!
