Someone asked me this week if our spin classes were still running – the answer is absolutely yes! 💯

We haven’t pushed them too much on social media recently (algorithms aren’t always kind), but the classes are very much alive and well.

📍 Location: Right next to Dolan’s Shop on the Gortin Road – basically tucked in under the forecourt.

✅ Monday’s class is fully booked.
✅ A few bikes are still available for Tuesday, Wednesday & Friday evenings – but you’ll need to pre-book to avoid missing out.

⚡ And don’t worry about fitness levels – spin works for any ability. Whether you’re a complete beginner or a regular rider, the sessions adapt to your pace.
