Classes are coached by Cage Warriors Pro Damien McKenna alongside amateur MMA fighter Peadar Mackie, giving the kids the chance to learn from coaches who actually understand the sport.

No experience is needed. Your child doesn’t have to be naturally sporty, super confident or already know martial arts. They just have to walk through the door.

We’ll help with the rest. 👊
