The Sauna Shack

Starting from next week (2nd March), there will be a couple of changes to opening hours.

Make Tuesday and Thursday evenings your night to relax in the heat! With the longer summer evenings, the sauna will be opened until the later time of 9.30pm. Stretch and sauna is also moving back to Thursday evenings!

Friday mornings are staying the same, proving a favourite for the after school drop off club!

Weekend hours are also slightly extending, with sessions available from 9am to 5pm. 🔥

Bookings for these changes will be available online later this week.

The Christmas booking schedule is now live through our website. Catch up with your family and friends this winter with us, and embrace the hot sauna and cold outdoors!

Monday: 6-9pm
Wednesday: 6-9pm
Friday: 6-8pm

Saturday: 10am-4pm
Sunday: 10am-4pm (stretch and sauna @ 8.30am)

We're excited to be joining up with Sperrin Soul Forest School to be able to offer something for the whole family. 

Let the kids explore their wild side with forest school shenanigans while you sneak away and unwind in the sauna. 

When; Wednesday September 17th - 4.30pm - 6pm

Where; Drop the kids off at the forest school located a 2 minute drive away from The Sauna Shack (location will be sent to you once you have booked)

How much; £11.50 per adult, £10 first child, £5 each extra sibling.
