Who can join?
To take part, children should be aged between 8 - 12 years old and be confident swimmers and able to:

🏊 Swim 50 metres continuously
💦 Be comfortable swimming and treading in deep water
↪️ Swim confidently on both their front and back
🛟 Be comfortable going underwater and retrieving objects from the pool floor
👂 Be able to follow instructions and work safely as part of a group

Rookie Lifeguard is a great way for young swimmers to build water confidence, lifesaving skills and an understanding of water safety, while working towards their RLSS UK Rookie Lifeguard awards.

- Early Morning Yoga
Friday 21st August at 7.15am. Wake up to gentle movement, quiet the mind and prepare your body for the full day ahead. We will flow through a gentle Sun Salutation moving at your own pace.
