It’s a big one for the first team this weekend as Ardstraw FC make the short journey to Lisnagirr Road for what promises to be a cracking local derby!

Everyone at Mountjoy United FC would like to wish Rev Jonathan Cowan, his wife Tara, daughter Alice and son Tom all the very best as they prepare to leave Mountjoy Presbyterian Church and begin a new chapter in Dungannon.

Jonathan has been a tremendous support to our club during his time at Mountjoy Presbyterian Church and we are particularly grateful for his guidance, encouragement and friendship in his role as Chaplain of Mountjoy FC.

We have also been delighted to have Tom involved with the club as a former player, making the Cowan family very much part of the Mountjoy United family.

We thank Jonathan and the whole family for everything they have done for our club and community and wish them every happiness and success in their new ministry and in the years ahead.
