A group of OLTC members recently completed the Tennis Ireland Leaders course aimed at providing volunteers with additional skills to encourage and develop junior and novice tennis players at our club 💪🏻🎾

Well done to all who participated, and thanks to Jean Barr and Caitlin Kelly for coming to Omagh to deliver the course- it was a thoroughly enjoyable session with lots of great activities and structure - we’re looking forward to putting it all into practice!

And that’s a wrap on the 2026 Tyrone Senior Tour Championships!!

We had a fantastic tournament with great weather and some absolutely amazing tennis on display and a great buzz about the club all week 🎾💪🏻

Huge thanks to everyone who helped make the event such a success- especially to Edwin, Veronica and David for their hard work on the schedule, to Stephen for having the courts in such superb condition, to the catering team for keeping everyone fed and watered and for today’s incredible finals day spread, and to our sponsors McBrides SPAR and EECO Energy 💪🏻

We were delighted to run the the Tyrone Junior Tour 200 U16s & U18s last week, with lots of visiting players and some fantastic tennis on show.
