Well done to our Kids Program students Grace Parker and Senan McDaid, who competed today at the Solid Ground Championship in Belfast.

Today was Grace’s first competition, and she secured two submission wins on her way to gold 🥇

Senan fought two tough matches going down to refs decision.

It’s fantastic to see the kids challenge themselves in competition valuable experience gained by both.

Last night we were joined by Rilion Gracie Donegal Town Blackbelt Aidan Campbell for our Friday All Levels No Gi class. An excellent wrestling session with some positional sparring ending with open rounds. No better way to spend a Friday evening 🤼‍♂️
