🥊 FIGHTER STRENGTH & CONDITIONING 🔥
Strength & conditioning for fighters is something that’s very close to my heart — and something I absolutely thrive off doing. 🫡
Today these three top-level Muay Thai fighters travelled over from Bolton to my gym to be put through a fight-specific strength & conditioning session with me.
And they absolutely sent it right in! 💥🥵
When you’re working with fighters at this level, it’s not about just getting them tired. It’s about developing the strength, power, conditioning, resilience and physical qualities that actually transfer into the fight. 🥊⚡️
Three seriously talented Thai boxers, three different fighters, one hell of a session. 👊🏼
This is exactly why I love what I do. ❤️

THIS IS WHY I DO WHAT I DO ❤️🔥
The energy you guys brought to Saturday Slaughterhouse today was absolutely infectious. Honestly, I think it’s going to last me a month! 😂🔥
Since leaving the Army in 2008, coaching has been my life. And over the years, I’ve had the privilege of building Heavenly Bodies into what it is today.
But what makes me most proud isn’t the equipment, the classes or the facilities…
It’s YOU. ❤️
The people.
The energy.
The support.
The laughs.
The way everyone gets behind each other.
I genuinely believe we have the most enthusiastic and supportive community I’ve been lucky enough to be part of.
Days like today remind me exactly why I do what I do.
Thank you for bringing the energy, giving everything you’ve got and making Heavenly Bodies what it is.
This is more than a gym. This is a community. 🦄❤️🔥

WHAT DOES IT REALLY MEAN TO BE A COACH? ❤️
To me, coaching isn’t about putting someone through hell every time they walk through the door.
It’s about knowing when to push, when to support, and when to remind someone that they’re capable of more than they believe. 💪
It’s about helping people chase their dreams and achieve things they once thought were impossible.
This is Roger. ❤️
Roger is 80+ years young. Two years ago, we competed together in Manchester and qualified for the World Championships in Chicago. 🏆
Two years on, we still train together twice every week.
Admittedly, the first 10 minutes usually involve a coffee and a chocolate biscuit… 😂☕️🍪
Then we get to work.
I’ve been coaching since 2003, and after all these years, I still feel incredibly blessed to do what I do.
I’ve worked with athletes, fighters, the younger generation, and those who have been around a little longer than me.
And I love them all.
Because coaching is about far more than counting reps.
It’s about connection.
Trust.
Belief.
Accountability.
And genuinely caring about the person standing in front of you.
When someone puts their trust in you, you have a responsibility to put their best interests first and help them become the best version of themselves.
Ultimately, being a coach isn’t about how hard you can make someone work.
It’s about how much better you can help make someone’s life. ❤️
Roger — two years on, still showing up twice a week.
Coffee, biscuit… then business. 😂💪
Here’s to many more years, my friend. ❤️

Sometimes life forces you to grow. 🖤
The last 12 months have probably been one of the biggest chapters of my life.
After spending 15 years building a business and a life with someone, I honestly thought everything might come crashing down. I thought I might have to start again from the bottom.
But I didn’t.
I put my head down. I invested in myself. I kept turning up. And somehow, through all the uncertainty, things have gone in a direction I never expected.
Today I have two thriving businesses, a fantastic team around me, and people who genuinely love what we are building. ❤️
And outside of work… I’ve managed to live a little too.
By the end of this year, I’ll have visited five different countries in five different holidays. 🌍✈️
I work hard. Really hard. Sometimes 90 hours a week. But I’ve learned that success isn’t just about how many hours you put in — it’s about what you do with those hours.
I’ve got an incredible past, and I wouldn’t change a single part of it. Every person, every experience, every success and every difficult chapter has helped shape the person I am today.
Sometimes the world puts pressure on your feet because it wants you to grow, stand taller and shine.
And let’s be honest… business is bloody hard at the minute.
There are 27 gyms within a six-mile radius of us.
So how on earth do we survive?
I’ll tell you how.
We turn up.
Every single day.
We give 100%.
We look after our people.
We keep improving.
And we never, ever stop.
That’s my philosophy.
That’s how I survive.
That’s how I move forward.
And to every single person who has supported me, believed in me, trained with me, worked alongside me, recommended me, or simply sent me a message when I needed it…
Thank you. ❤️
I genuinely appreciate every single one of you.
The past has made me.
The present excites me.
And the future?
Well… I’m only just getting started. 🔥
And to my Brooke and Hallie let’s see the world together ❤️

There are very few things in life that can be this fu***ng vile… and still be this much fun. 😂🔥
💀 SATURDAY SLAUGHTERHOUSE 💀
Every single Saturday these guys turn up and bring the ENERGY. No excuses. No hiding. No easy reps. Just a room full of people willing to suffer together and somehow come out smiling. 😂
If you’ve never been to Saturday Slaughterhouse… are you even alive?! 😮💨
The ones who make it out the other side don’t just earn their weekend…
they fu***ng prove they deserve it. 🫡🔥
Former military mentality.
Community spirit.
Absolute carnage.
Same time next Saturday. 💀

You still have enough time. ⏳
Enough time to become stronger.
Enough time to change your habits.
Enough time to build confidence.
Enough time to become the person you keep telling yourself you want to be. 💪
And here’s the thing…
You don’t have to do it alone.
That’s what I love about our gym. ❤️
We’re not just a room full of people lifting weights and grunting at mirrors 😂
We’re a community.
People turning up on the days they feel motivated… and especially on the days they don’t.
People supporting each other.
People laughing, sweating, struggling and getting better together.
After years in the military, I learned something pretty quickly:
Discipline will take you places motivation never will. 🎖️
You don’t need to be perfect.
You don’t need to be the fittest person in the room.
You just need to start… and keep showing up.
Because there is STILL time. 🔥
Your story isn’t finished yet.
Now get your arse in the gym. 😂💪
